Background: Thyroglossal duct cyst(TDC)is the most common congenital disorder of thyroid gland. Seventy five percent midline neck masses in children are (TDC). Occurrence malignancy (TDC) is very rare event, and include 1% all cases Here this report, we describe a case primary papillary carcinoma which arises Case report: Our 42-year-old woman who presented with hard painless solid cystic mass front above cartilage. Surgery radical optimal management radioactive iodine therapy improve survival.
